There have been a number of unusual craft at the club over the years including some innovative multi-hulls. The latest experimental has been created by one of our newest members Charles Dhenin specifically to break the world speed record for an electric powered hydroplane.
Charles will be launching the boat from the club to test stability and power systems however speed runs and record attempts will be on calmer inland waters in 2026
